He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tibbitts and Carol Tibbitts (Meyer); and his brother Earl. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Rosenow; his brothers, Dean (Christiane) of Matthews and Dennis (Shelley) of Woodstock, Illinois; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Tibbitts of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Mark Rosenow (Teresa) of Reedsburg, Wisconsin, William Rosenow (Lorie) and Tammy Roessler (Ted) of Lime Ridge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
