She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Stombaugh and Freda Stombaugh (Radies); her husbands, Roy Manthey and James Playman; and her sister Diane Sherwood.
She is survived by: her friend Ho-Chunk; her son Erik Manthey (Phyllis Degioia); her granddaughter Anneliese Manthey (Adam Long); her great grandchildren, Michael and Vaughn; and her stepdaughter Linda Barden. She is also survived by other relatives and close friends.
Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church or the Sauk County Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
