She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Abel and Myrtle Abel (Mack); her former husband Robert Phillips of September; and her husband Bob Rabine. She is survived by: her son Gary Phillips (Jan); her stepdaughter Patt Seep Rabine (Jim); her grandchildren, Robert Phillips and Holly Roberts (Chad); her stepgrandson Skyler Seep; her great grandchildren, Dimitri Phillips, Cyler Roberts and Payten Phillips; her stepgreat-grandson Lawson Seep; her sister Lorraine Cortleyou; her siblings-in-law, Karen Fowell, Marion Duren and Tom Duren; her close friends, Mark Ewing and Jan Schroder; and her pet Gizmo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grasse Funeral Service - Reedsburg (312 N Park St, Reedsburg, WI 53959). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
