He is survived by: his wife Jan Wirth; his brother Richard (Mary); his daughters, Renae Schmidt (Alan) and Amy Peterson (Tim Anderson); and his grandchildren, Jesse Peterson (Cassandra Horstmeier), Stephanie Schmidt, Jordon Peterson, Jennifer Schmidt (Zane Navratil), Jarrid Peterson (Hannah Mathison) and Trinity Schmidt (Alec Baye). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends and relatives.
