He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald Nofsinger, Fred Vodak and Josephine Vodak. He is survived by: his children, Jenesa Vodak (Zach Dix), Nick Vodak (Abby Carrigan) of Reedsburg and Gunther Johnson; his parents, Fred Vodak of Reedsburg and Bonnie Vodak of Reedsburg; his siblings, Jarod Vodak (Jen) of Reedsburg and Jolene Soerfass (Brian) of Baraboo; his nieces and nephews, Hannah Soerfass of Baraboo, Cody Soerfass of Baraboo, Joshua Soerfass of Baraboo, Dylan Soerfass of Baraboo and Elizabeth Soerfass of Baraboo; and his grandmother Beverly Nofsinger of Hillsboro. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, along with other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials of remembrance may be made to Justin's family to be designated at a later date.
