He was predeceased by: his father Walter Schultz; and his sister Shantay. He is survived by: his wife Sarah K Rick; his daughters, Jessica Miller (Thomas) of Mauston and Victoria "Tori" Hahn (Bradley) of Reedsburg; his grandchildren, Isabelle Miller, Shantay Miller and Charlotte Hahn; and his siblings, Dan Schultz (Angie) of Hartford, Scott Schultz (Cindy) of Kendall and Theresa Green-Hoff (Norb) of Waukesha. He is also survived by nieces and nephews along with other relatives and friends.
