He was predeceased by: his mother Garnet Blankenhorn (Egan); his wives, Patricia, Judith and Deborah; his father Donald "Buck" McMullen; his stepfather Ferdinand LaBine; his brothers, Terry McMullen, Albert McMullen, David LaBine and Arthur LaBine; his nieces, Cindy McMullen and Heather LaBine; his daughter Monica; and his son-in-law Victor Matesi.
He is survived by: his sister Isabel Shuhlmacher (LaBine); his children, Dana McDade (David) of Louisburg, NC, Janice Murphy of Tamarac, FL and Sharin Sass (Fred) of Reedsburg; and his grandsons, Austin and Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
