She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry McAdams and Mildred McAdams (Bilskie); and her sister Pam Sam. She is survived by: her husband Todd Hartman; her daughters, Mallory Frye and Kimberly Gaffney (Brian); her grandchildren, Dominick, Brandson and Rhylan; her brothers, Lee (Nancy) and Jeff McAdams (Tammy); and her brother-in-law Dave Sam. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
