He was predeceased by: his sister Julie Ann. He is survived by: his niece Tangy Marie; his parents, Bill Deak and Cher Deak (Patrikus); his daughters, Julia Katlynn and Morgan Cheryl; his granddaughter Eliza Jane; and his aunt Linda. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
