He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Douglas and Helen Douglas (Doering); and his brothers, Robert and Richard Douglas. He is survived by: his children, Chad Douglas of Reedsburg, Brandee Douglas (David Dyke) of Reedsburg and Amanda Douglas of Madison; his grandchildren, Paige and Kailee; and his brothers, Donald Douglas (Shari) of LaValle, Thomas Douglas (Diane) of Reedsburg and William Douglas (Debbie) of LaValle. He is also survived by his family and closest friends.
