He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn McMillen and Verna McMillen (Roller); his grandson Joshuah McMillen; and his brother-in-law Walt Zimmerman. He is survived by: his wife Ardyce C. Halverson; his children, Daniel McMillen (Leanne) of Greenwood, IN, Linda Moss (Kevin) of LeClaire, IA, Phil McMillen of Reedsburg and Tim McMillen (Brenda) of Reedsburg; his grandchildren, Ryan McMillen, Shane McMillen, Mikaela Shipley (Derrick), Mindy Spooner-Wyman (Micah), Jennifer Moss, Dan Moss, Holly Ruiz (Heriberto), Chelsey Kaschub, Allison Jones (Marcus) and Mason McMillen; and his sister Phyllis Zimmerman of Portage.
