He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Brooks and Edna Brooks (Roever); and his brother Duane Brooks. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Barbara Brooks; and his nieces and nephews, Kay Mathews, Alan Brooks (Kari), Gene Brooks (Anita) and Thomas Brooks (Tina). He is also survived by 8 great nieces and nephews and 4 great-great nieces and nephews.
