Puhl; her mother-in-law Regina Puhl; her children, Heath Puhl (Rhonda Ryczek), Derek Puhl, Sara Puhl (James Cooper) and Jon Puhl (Heather); her grandchildren, Alexia Puhl, Shae Cooper, Karson Puhl and Kaylee Puhl; and her siblings, Butch Weiland, John Huffman, Larry Huffman (Terri), David Huffman (Karis), Pamela K. Jensen, Robert Huffman and Jeffrey Huffman (Robert Thompson). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends.
