He is survived by: his mother Mary Hineman (Coutier); his wife Ruth Anne Driese; his children, Christina Burdick (Shaun) and Jamie Heath (Michael); his grandchildren, Lilianna Scofield, Kylar Murdock, Everett and Oliver Heath; and his siblings, Mike Hineman (Diane), Larry Hineman (Karla), Polly Strutz (Bernard), Jeanne Herritz (Dale), Kent Hineman, Peter Hineman and Pam (Joe). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
