He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Fish and Leona Fish (Douglas); his brothers, Lawrence, Raymond and Kenneth; and his siblings-in-law, Gilbert and Arleda Muchow.
He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Jodi McCarville (Michael) of Reedsburg and Jared (Allyson) of Sun Prairie; his grandsons, Jaxson, Colton and Connor; his siblings, Michael Fish (Mary), Patrick Fish (Kelli) and Mary Lee Gullickson; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Fish, Karen Schultz (Rollie) and Charles Muchow (Lauri). He is also survived by aunt and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorials be given in Dale's name to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
