Connie L. Duren Giacalone Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2023, at the age of 100, Connie L. Duren Giacalone (Reedsburg, Wisconsin), born in Madison, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lee and Sara Thornton (Gasser); her former husband Robert Duren; her husband Anthony "Tony" Giacalone; her children, Judith "Judy" Schmidt and John Duren; and her grandson Paul Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Duren (Carol), Thomas Duren (Marion) and Frank Duren (Debra); her son-in-law Ed Schmidt; her nieces, Mary Barefield and Dianne Dieter; and her nephew John Anderson (Julie). She is also survived by four stepchildren; 11 grandchildren; many great and great-grandchildren.
Memorials of remembrance may be made to the ALS Foundation in lieu of flowers.
