She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh LeRoy Hoggins and Mary Louise Hoggins (Shane); her son Steve Thorne; her siblings, Betty Dohleman, William "Bill" Hoggins, Linda Hamilton and Robert "Bob" Hoggins; and her sisters-in-law, Elenora "Blondie" Hoggins and Lois Leonard Dohleman.

She is survived by: her husband Ole; her daughter Cindy McCauley (Denny); her daughter-in-law Ellen Thorne of Hillpoint, WI; her brother Hugh Hoggins (Doreen); her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Witthar and Mary Ann Hoggins; her grandsons, Jason Thorne (Toni), Matt Thorne, Marcus McCauley (Lexy), Mason McCauley (Mackenzie) and Carson McCauley (Kristina); her great grandchildren, Colt, Briar Thorne, Nash and Lennox McCauley; and her brothers-in-law, Clarence Hamilton, Gordon Dohleman and Ken Witthar. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials for remembrance may be made to Farmer Angels Network or the Lime Ridge Methodist Church.
