She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Pertzborn and Clara Pertzborn (Ballweg); her brothers, Joseph, Norbert, Edward and Bernie; and her brother-in-law Robert.

She is survived by: her friend Rose Berry; her family, Marilyn Hawkins and Barb Prebie; her children, Kathleen Wegner (Mark), LeRoy Berlin (Jackie), John Berlin, Tom Berlin, Jerry Berlin (Darcy), Ray Berlin (Robin), Mark Berlin, Diana Trendt (Tim) and William Berlin; her stepdaughters, Susan and Barbara; her sister Rita Hellenbrand; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Pertzborn and Audrey Neu.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials of remembrance may be made to the Sauk County Health Care Center.
