He is survived by: his grandfather Handschke; his wife Peggy; his stepdaughters, Krista Jost and Samantha Jost; his sister Lori Fulcer (Rick); his grandchildren, Kenya Wigfall and Steven Anderson III; his niece Jasmine Fulcer (Mother Irene Vincent Champeau); and his pet Chance.
Everyone who remembers him is asked to celebrate Bill's life in their own way, raising a glass in his memory would be appropriate and instead of flowers, do an unexpected act of kindness in his name.
