He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mattice and Lorena Davenport Mattice; and his siblings, Ruth Quimby, Charles Mattice, Glen Mattice, Harold Mattice, Dorothy McClelland, Bernice Johnson, Peter Mattice, Alfred Mattice, Charlotte Boeck, Shirley Rodgers and Ralph Mattice.
He is survived by: his wife Wanita Lehr; his children, Robert Jr. Mattice (Amy), Mike Mattice (Sharon), Sherry Mattice (Keith) and Marsha Mattice; his grandchildren, Becky Hubatch (Derrick), Sgt. Bobby Mattice III (Jen), Brian Mattice (Alyssa), Michael Mattice and Crystal Mattice; and his great grandchildren, Charlie, Ava, Bella, Sydney, Bryce and Gwen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
