He is survived by: his wife Karen Collier; his daughter Jessica; his sister Debbie Raatz (Holman); his nieces and nephews, Theresa, Patty, Judy, Brooke, Greg Holman and Josh Holman (Christin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaxx, Jace, Cash, Jade Pearl, Jade Elisabeth and Mariah Holman; and his close friend Vicky Clark. He is also survived by many great-nephews and great-nieces, and many other friends and family.
