It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert H. Marquardt of Random Lake, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 12, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip (Viola Marquardt) and Bob; his sisters, Bernice Peters (Jerome) and Helen Schneider (Cecil); and his sisters-in-law, Marvel Marquardt and Jane Stange.
He is survived by: his nephew Joe Stange; his wife Lorna Marquardt; his sons, Lloyd Marquardt (Renee), Roy Marquardt (Dorothy Dunkerson) and Glen Marquardt (LeAnn); his granddaughters, Amy Marquardt (Tim Lampman) and Kay Benson (Shain); his stepgranddaughter Sarah Shackelford; his great grandchildren, Kash Benson, Shay Benson and Cole Lampman; his siblings, Olive Esselmann (Jim) and Arthur Marquardt; and his brother-in-law Leon Stange. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the St. John's United Church of Christ - Random Lake (98 Random Lake Rd, Random Lake, WI 53075). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 12:45 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. John's UCC building fund or Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Bob's name are appreciated by the family.
