He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin Torrison and Clara Torrison; his son Daniel; his brothers, Ralph and Glenn Torrison; his parents-in-law, Walter and Edwarda Barrons; his nephew Tom Torrison; and his niece Tricia Wright.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, David Torrison (Lori), Todd Torrison, Tim Torrison (Ann) and Kristin Hagemeier (Kevin); and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Torrison (late Glenn), Carol Zeutzius (late Jerry) and Tom Dierbeck (late Bobbie). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
