He was predeceased by: his father Leonard "Mick" James Omen; his father-in-law Gerrit Stiemsma; and his brothers-in-law, Rick Stiemsma and James Reilley. He is survived by: his mother Arlys Omen (Roberts); his wife Harriet Stiemsma; his daughters, Chelsey, Brittany and Allie Omen; and his sister Lisa Omen. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
