She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Kok and Grace Kok (Schregardus); her children, Daniel Swaagman (Kathleen) of Burnett, Jerry Swaagman (Cheryl) of Columbus, Diane Vossekuil (Jeffrey) of Muscoda and Brenda Swaagman of Beaver Dam; her siblings, Sam Kok (Carol), Julius Kok (Arlette) and Shirley Bishop; and her sister-in-law Harlene Kok-Driesenga. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
