She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jeanette Gove and George Gove; her husband Vernon Selk; her children, Todd Selk (Nanette) of Beaver Dam, Terri Kelm (David) of Randolph, Tracy Sadoski (Scott) of Randolph, Tammy Loeck (Joe) of Columbus, Trisha Selk of Columbus, Tara Selk-Bartels (Bruce) of Columbus, Timothy Selk of Randolph and Tyler Selk (Michelle) of Waunakee; her grandchildren, Kim Biel (Mike), Amanda Stein (Jake), Christopher, Aaron, Kyle Kelm (Karys), Jordon Witthun, Carolynn Mathena (Mike), Zachary (Morgan), Jacob (Emma), Dominic Brooke (Desiree), Casey (Cheyenne), Jaice (Elli), Brayden Selk, Breleigh Swenson (Nick), Kenzie, Collin Selk, Eliot, Gavin and Nolan Selk; her great grandchildren, Bennett, Brady Biel, Nash, Pierce Stein, Violet Kelm, Hazel, Luella Kelm, Zella, Oden Mathena, Vaida, Tripp Brooke, Hendrix, Arielle, Scarlett Brooke, Declan Brooke and Harlow Swenson; her siblings, Carrie Flegner, Patsy Huizenga, Jeanette Manning (Harry), George "Emil" Gove (JoAnne) and Vern Gove; her children, Tonya and Thomas Selk; her grandson Brandon Witthun; and her great grandchild Silas Selk.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jerome Catholic Church (1550 Farnham St, Columbus, WI 53925).
