He is survived by: his wife Debra Kolins; his sons, Steven Kolins (Sally), Scott Kolins and Jeremy Jensen (Heather); his grandchildren, Katarina, Benjamin, Alexander, Riley Kolins, Hailey, Jayden Jensen, Lily Owen-Winchester and Wolf Wuethrich; his former wife Eileen F. Rozumialski; and his daughter-in-law Kim Gant-Kolins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kohls Community Funeral Home (405 W Main St, Waupun, WI 53963). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
