It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Garret Daniel Wiersma of Randolph, Wisconsin, born in Fox Lake, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Wiersma and Janet Wiersma (Vander Galien); and his wife Evelyn Wiersma. He is survived by: his children, Debra Menge (Ken) and Gary Wiersma (Marge); his grandchildren, Nicole Menge, Nikolaus Wiersma, Garret K. Wiersma and Yuko Wiersma Van (Elijah); his great grandchildren, Emi and Ren Wiersma Van Zandt; and his siblings, Dan Wiersma (Patricia), Wilma Vander Velde (Gordan), Geraldine Dykstra (Arnold), Ethel Salzman (Richard) and Darlene Minnema. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any monetary contributions be sent to Randolph Christian School, 457 Second Street, Randolph, WI 53956.
