She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Galien and Susie Vander Galien (Kramer); her husband Lawrence Beekman; her son Larry Beekman; her grandson Daniel Beekman; her siblings, Ann Dykstra (George), Flora Homan (Ed), Jeanette De Boer (Gerhardt), Stuart Vander Galien and Meindert Vander Galien (Evelyn); and her sisters-in-law, Cynthia Raymond (James), Gladys Duer (Gordon) and Ellen Beekman.
She is survived by: her close friend Helen; her children, Duane Beekman (Debra) of Fox Lake, Patricia Hiley (Richard) of Randolph, Kathy Brooks (Harold) of Kings, IL and Kevin Beekman (Stacey) of Waupun; her grandchildren, Jenni, Nichole (Tom), Megan (Darrell), Mitchell (Jessica), Kati, Stacey (Corey), Taryn (Bryan), Ryan (Marissa) and Brady; and her siblings-in-law, Charlene Vander Galien and Harold Beekman. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; 1great-great grandson.
