She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Schaalma of Oregon, WI, Thelma Wiersma of Randolph, Betty Soodsma of Randolph, Jerry Schaalma (Myra) of Florida and Cathy Hanson (Craig) of Oklahoma; her daughter-in-law Norine Schaalma of Randolph; her grandchildren, Shaun Schaalma (Lorie), Joel Wiersma (Sheri), Brenda Nickel (Randy), Kyle Soodsma, Tammy Soodsma, Dee Ann Sands (Kyle), Mindy Jenkins (Frank), Jodie Serrano (Jerry), Bryanna Phillips (Scott), Maxx Schaalma, Emily Hanson and Katie Hanson; her siblings, Bessie De Jager (Lambert), Andrew Douma (Tessie), Harvey Douma and Shirley Douma; and her brother-in-law Melvin Hoffman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
