She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Birkholz and Viola Birkholz (Polenskey); and her stepmother Doris. She is survived by: her stepsister Norma Van Buren (Martin); her nieces and nephews, James Van Buren (Jennifer), Kurtis Van Buren, Zebulon Van Buren, Zachary Van Buren (Carrie), Noah, Katie (Michael Brunner), Meleah, Skylar, Haven, Hadley and Olivia Van Buren; and her close friend Wanda Tjepkema (Calvin). She is also survived by aunt, other relatives and friends.
