She is survived by: her mother Norma Smedema (Redeker); her husband Dale Patrick of Fall River; her children, Weston Patrick (Monica) of Sun Prairie, Taylor Patrick (Morgan) of Deerfield and Mackenzie Waterworth (Trevor) of Randolph; her grandson Callan Patrick; and her brothers, Tom Smedema of Madison, Doug Smedema (Debbie) of Randolph, Keith Smedema (Melinda) of Indianapolis, IN and Brian Smedema (Wendy) of Juneau. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
