He is survived by: his children, Amber, Kyle, Kristen Ackerman (TJ), Meghan and Alex; his granddaughters, Brooklyn and Sienna; his mother Barbara Slawny (Mlodzik) of Randolph; his brother Stephen (Tonya); his nieces and nephews, Tabitha, Devon, Dalton, Stephen Jr., Taylor and Marisa; his brother John (Julie); his niece Jessica; and his nephew Jared. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and numerous friends.
