He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Cupery and Jennie Cupery (Tobak); his parents-in-law, Clarence and Dorothy Eisenga; his brother Harvey Cupery; and his brother-in-law Albertus Mulder.
He is survived by: his wife Winifred (Eisenga); his children, Dawn Sizemore (Rob), Dan Cupery (Cathy), David Cupery (Jennifer), Darla Gamache (Danny) and Darren Cupery (Sarah); his grandchildren, Laura Sizemore-Williams, Andrea Goodburn (Jim), Matt Sizemore (Elise), Maria Pritchert (Robert), Lydia, Hannah Cupery, Zach Cupery (Mary Rose), Abigail Cupery, Noah, Nate Gamache, Ben, Josh and Sam Cupery; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Charlotte, Grace Williams, Axl, David Goodburn and Baby Sizemore; his sisters, Joan Mulder and Beverly O'Brion (Eugene); and his siblings-in-law, Helen Cupery, Carol Veenhuis (Jerry), Phyllis Mulder (Dan), Mary Rasmus (Jim), Doris Mulder (Bruce) and George Eisenga (Laurie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
