She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Huizenga and Ella Huizenga (Kempenaar); her siblings, Adeline, Ann Vander Galien (Melvin), Donna Ipema (Bud), Ben Huizenga (Gertrude), Martin "Marty" Huizenga and Dean Huizenga; and her brother-in-law Jack Alkema.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Kok of Randolph; her children, Joseph Kok (LouAnn) of Fox Lake, Marie Vossekuil (Timothy) of Randolph and Merle Kok (Cheryl) of Randolph; her grandchildren, Sam Kok (Mary), Tasha Niemi (Nick), Courtney Vossekuil, Chad Vossekuil (Haley Maxon), Molly Laylan (Brock), Chelsea Foegen (Justin), Rachel Brenholt (Joshua), Erik Kok and Melanie Kok (Alex Gutierrez); her great grandchildren, Abigail, Oliver, Adelaide Niemi, Joseph and Ella Kok; her sisters, Ruth Alkema of Michigan and Fran Anderson (Jerry) of Michigan; and her sisters-in-law, Janice Huizenga of Alto and Elaine Huizenga of Waupun. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be directed to Second Christian Reformed Church, Randolph Christian School or World Home Bible League in Carol's name.
