She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Kudak and Alice Kudak (Garland); her husband Howard Jeffries, Sr.; and her siblings, Joseph Kudak and Antonia "Toni" Herman.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Jeffries and Howard Jeffries, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Mary. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
