He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Schaalma (Douma) of Randolph; his wife Norine J. Westra of Randolph; his children, Bryanna Phillips (Scott) of Madison and Maxx Schaalma of Randolph; his siblings, Mary Ann Schaalma, Thelma Wiersma, Betty Soodsma, Jerry Schaalma (Myra) and Cathy Hanson (Craig); his parents-in-law, Ann Cupery (Larry), Wanda Engel (Lee), Janine Kastein (Craig), Kristine Westra (Joe) and Mike De Jager; and his pet Violet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
