It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Cook (Radisson, Wisconsin), born in Ellsworth, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 27, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leon Cook and Emma Cook; his wife Kimberly Ann Grapp; and his sons, Raymond Cook (Sharon) of Cottage Grove, MN, Richard Cook (Lori) of Cottage Grove, MN and Joshua Walters of Radisson, WI. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
