He was predeceased by: his father Alton Philibeck. He is survived by: his mother Norma Philibeck (Nicklaus) of De Pere, WI; his wife Kim Wallish; his stepdaughter Carli Wallish of Rawlins, WY; his siblings, Dennis Philibeck (Joan) of Green Bay and Julie Lopas (Jerome) of Menasha, WI; his sister-in-law Deb Lippert (Carl) of Cable, WI; and his dear Rob Burlie. He is also survived by aunts, uncle, niece, nephew, and cousins; as well as many friends.
A reception will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
