Alyce Reese Obituary
Alyce Loubelle Reese, 88, passed away peacefully in her Kentucky home surrounded by family on March 13, 2017, where she lived with her son Allen and his family since 2014. Alyce loved the Lord her God with all her heart and with all her soul and with all her mind and with all her strength. Alyce, wife of the late Stephen Alexander Reese, was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 4, 1928.
Her romance with Steve began through correspondence while he was serving in England during WWII. They were married shortly after his return and settled on the family farm outside of Radisson, Wisconsin where they raised a family of six; John, Steven, Helen, Linda, Allen, and Thomas. Alyce is survived by her children Steven (Janet) Reese, Helen (Larry) Dennis, Linda (Donald) Kinsley, Allen (Trisha) Reese, her sisters Viola (Craig) Johnson and Alyce (Art) Bates and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, too numerous to name but nonetheless loved.
Alyce was preceded in death by her husband Stephen Reese, son's John and Thomas Reese, brothers Elmer and Jesse Davis and sister Helen Davis. Alyce is to be buried next to her husband at the Radisson cemetery. Funeral services will be announced at a later date.
