With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Wendell Bowen of Racine, Wisconsin, born in Starkville, Mississippi, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bowen and Jewel Ernestine Collier (Halfacre); his siblings, Carl Bowen, David Collier and Joyce Collier (Thomas Price); and his brother-in-law Richard Bahrs.

He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. Turner; his son Vincent Earl Bowen (Crystal Whiteside); his siblings, Rickey Collier (Marsha), Ollie L. Collier and Tuwonia Collier; and his sisters-in-law, Theresa Bahrs and Themoia Bowen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.
