He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Kavaliauskas, Marie Andreucci (James) and Julie Kavaliauskas (Andrew Dixon); and his grandchildren, Kate Lager (Nick), Michael Andreucci and Seth Dixon. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
