He is survived by: his parents, John Raymond Mapel and Kathleen Boyer; his children, Dustin Mapel (Danielle), Ashley Phillips and Dillon Mapel (Tasia Rebecchi); his stepchildren, Rina and Terri; his grandchildren, Chase and Madden; his siblings, John Raymond Jr. Mapel (Wendy), Robert Mapel (Jean) and Katzie Keen (Larry); and the mother of his children Christine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
