Theodore touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Elizabeth; his wife JoAnn Salbreiter; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his children, Ted Noll Jr. (Sandra), Christine Olson (Douglas) and Michelle Noll; his grandchildren, Libby Noll, Sam Noll, Jordyn Richter (Josh), Josie Strutz and Ashley Odems; his great grandchild Grant Richter; and his siblings, Ronald Noll (Martha), Alan Noll (Nancy), Dorian Noll (Wendy) and Kate Gast (Bill). He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the CST Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home (803 Main St, Racine, WI 53403). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
