He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Reed Duckworth; his siblings-in-law, Diana Simon (Dick) and John Strommen; and his parents-in-law, Edward and Dorothy Lepow.
He is survived by: his mother Marylana Duckworth; his wife Kelly Suzanne Lepow; his children, Katie Wenzel (David) and Matthew Reed Duckworth (Amanda); his grandchildren, Hailie, Kaelyn, Grayson and Elias; his sister Debra Wentzel (Robert); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Strommen and Candace Lepow. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory (4600 County Line Rd, Mt Pleasant, WI 53403). A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
