He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lacock and Frances Lacock (Stoneking); his siblings, Beverly Blakely and Don Lake; and his nephews, Richard and Ronald Lake.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Kastelic (Gary) and Martin Lacock (Jean); and his grandchildren, Sara Horein (Jeff), Nathan Lacock, Emily Kastelic and Caroline Kastelic.
Active in community affairs, Roger was a Cub Scout leader, chaired the United Way funding committee, was active in the Kiwanis Club of Greater Racine and Kiwanis Club Foundation.
