He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller and Helen Miller. He is survived by: his wife Chris; his children, Crystal Radebaugh (Jim) and Greg Miller (Amy Biddle); his stepsons, Kevin Neff (Sara) and Scott Neff; his grandchildren, Olivia, Zack Radebaugh, Core and Lilly Miller; his stepgrandchildren, Isaac, Rebekah, Esther and Aby Neff; his siblings, Dennis Miller and Mary Leaf; his daughter Chrystal; his siblings, Greg and Shirley "Rusty" McGonegle; his nephew Aaron Miller; his niece Johanne Eppler; and his great-nephew John Batovsky. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul's honor may be made to the Racine Raiders.
