He is survived by: his wife Angelica Ramos; his children, Judaea, Mathias of Alexandro and Sarahi; his granddaughter Amelia; his father John Orville Bouwens; his sisters, Michelle Hlavacek (Steve) and Marvlynn Graham (Scott); and his brother-in-law Juan Ramos (Carmen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
