She was predeceased by: her parents, O. T. Spence and Carrie Spence; her husband Thomas Harris (Virginia); her grandson Tommy Howard; her sisters, Sue, Edna and Lois; and her daughter-in-law Suzanne Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Harris (Sue), Elizabeth Harris, John Harris, Anita Howard and Mark Harris (Joann); her grandchildren, Brandon, Bobby, Matthew (Asti), Amanda (Casey), Katie, Christine (Zach), Daniel (Blaine), Jerrod (Kelly), Alyssa (Matt), Abigail and Conner; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Ryan, Grant, Marshal, Finn, Kyera, Gia, Lincoln, Oliver, Brayden, Colby, Shep, Chris, Miles and Cash; and her sister Betty Jo.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cedar Lake United Methodist Church (7124 W 137th Pl, Cedar Lake, IN 46303). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
