He was predeceased by: his siblings, William H. and Judith. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, James R. Kubes (Adele), Deborah L. Eichhorn (James), William T. Quale, Donald D. Quale, Michael H. Quale (Laura), Gary D. Quale and Mary Jo A. Johnson (Joseph); his grandchildren, Jonathon Quale-Smith, Denise, Eric Eichhorn, Danielle, Donald Jr., Deanna Quale, Maximillian, Samuel Quale, Jenna and Joseph Johnson; his great grandchildren, Kadrien, Giselle, Caiomhe, Jiah and Harper; and his sisters, Harriett Freeman (Steve) and Geraldine Suprak-Merrill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the family have been suggested.
